Introduction
The operation of the Center occurs in an annually manner, called Annual Cycles. The annual cycle aims to catalog companies’ real challenges through a common language and identify R&D&I Institutions capable of finding solutions.
The main activities of the Annual Cycles are:
1 – Demand Search
Aims to gather the demands from aerospace private sector in Brazil and abroad. It includes visits at companies and remote and in person meetings to collect topics of interest. Search for cooperation opportunities for pre-competitive projects, using a common language (ACARE taxonomy) to map the demand.
2 – Offer Capacity Validation
It aims to validate the offer competences of the Technical Groups and the construction of a database of relationship history with the sector and success cases. Technical skills, pieces of equipment, projects, and technology demonstrators to meet the demands are at MEMBERS.
3 – Annual Workshop
Each year, the Workshop SC2C.Aero – Workshop of Technological Convergence in Santa Catarina for Aerospace Technologies is organized. The objective is to promote the integration of the Technical Groups with the aerospace sector in Brazil and abroad. It is also an opportunity for new projects and cooperation with and among companies, R&D&I institutes, and funding agencies.
4 – Project and Cooperation Monitoring
To follow-up projects between Technical Groups, government agencies and aerospace sector industries. Includes to monitor, support, and record the planning and implementation of projects and cooperations.
